Clinic location: 108 Main Street in Jamestown, just west of the Jamestown Mercantile. To get there from Boulder, take Lee Hill west and continue straight on Olde Stage Road until you come to a T at Left Hand Canyon Drive. Continue west, and bear right at the fork towards Jamestown.
