Acupuncture

Acupuncture is the insertion of tiny needles in the skin to help alleviate pain, stress, inflammation, and many other health issues. Needles are placed along meridians, which are different channels that correspond to different organ systems throughout the body. This can stimulate a biochemical response through the nerves to re-establish balance and alleviate pain. Needles can also be places in areas of pain or muscle spasm to help release the body’s natural pain medicine- endorphins, enkephalins, and dynorphins.

We offer home acupuncture because many pets respond wonderfully to acupuncture in the familiar and comfortable setting of their own homes.
